Many people came to the workshop to talk about eLearning, digitalization, development, and education. Some of the participants came up with good ideas about technical vocational education and training. Many asked about the international conference in Uganda in June. The workshop on April 16th had a free entrance.

The event was arranged at the Sheraton Hotel, Kampala, Uganda April 16th 2019. The doors opened at 2 pm and closed at 6 pm. The event was created in a way that people could talk with the experts from the Lucubrate Team, Uganda and network with other guests.
Lucubrate Magazine was present in the event with a paper copy of the latest issue of the Magazine. The magazine was given out for free.

Lucubrate publishes a weekly magazine. Lucubrate Magazine highlight education and development. Development in this context can be technological, educational, individual, social or global, and everything related to education.
